You can locate the Microsoft Security Bulletins via the web. Perhaps a handier way however, is to use an RSS feed to http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/secrss.aspx. There are many RSS readers available and with IE7 coming, we will soon all have that capability natively.
