Uninstalling the ePO agent:

To uninstall ePO agent:

1. You must be logged on with an account that has administrative right to proceed.
2. Click on the Start button and select the "Run..." option
3. In the "Run" box, type "cmd" and press "Enter". (This will run a command prompt.)
4. At the command prompt type either:
• cd "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework" and press "Enter". (This will change to the proper directory so the command in the next step can run.)
   
  OR
   
• cd "C:\Program files\Mcafee\Common Framework" and press "Enter". (This will change to the proper directory so the command in the next step can run.)
   
  Depending on the path to which the program was installed.
   
5. At the command prompt type: "FrmInst.exe /forceuninstall" and press "Enter".
6. The uninstall should then proceed.
