Recommendation to acquire a Microsoft Support Contract for IFAS ITSA yearly:

  The ICC recommends that some form of Microsoft Support Contract be purchased yearly for the IFAS ITSA group. This should be implemented via an expansion of the IT budget rather than at the cost of other necessary existing items.

  Dissent: All saw the need for such support. Some were uncomfortable bringing budgeting decisions of this nature to ITPAC, feeling these should be made in a broader context that considers available resources vs. needs across all IFAS IT.
