Network Status Contact List
The UF contact list for circuit outages is the sub-net managers list which can be
accessed via the Network Services website.
Specifically, the list may be obtained under
Network
Information > Subnet
Managers Search.
Use "IFAS" under description. Once you click "Go" or press "Enter" you will see a list of the
various subnets within IFAS. If you then click on the associated "[view contacts]"
link, you will see the local people responsible for each subnet.
If there is a Remote Contact after hours number, the number will be used for after hours
calling. If no number is listed, the circuit will be considered non-critical and
no after-hours paging of UF network support will be attempted.
